Sauce is a premier restaurant technology platform serving a global restaurant business with commission-free delivery and AI-driven optimization. We are seeking a People & Recruitment Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting, partner with executives, and build a world-class People Ops function across regions.

This hands-on role is remote, reports to the Head of People, and requires coordinating with stakeholders across time zones while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience and efficient

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Proven sourcing ability — outbound candidates.
• Meaningful People Operations or HR generalist experience.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions and time zones.
• Hands-on AI tool usage in your actual workflow.
• Strong ATS fluency — Lever preferred; Greenhouse, Workday or similar acceptable.
• HRIS familiarity — Deel preferred; Remote, Rippling, Workday or similar acceptable.
• Impeccable written and spoken English.
• Comfort operating with minimal structure and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong judgment with a clear candidate recommendation.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for all roles from intake to close.
• Build and run pipelines using outbound sourcing strategies.
• Apply AI tooling for resume screening, interviews and analytics.
• Partner with department heads and executives across time zones.
• Coordinate offers for US employees and international contractors.
• Maintain clean ATS data and share funnel metrics weekly.
• Support broader People Operations lifecycle and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with policy rollout across markets.
