J.P. Morgan is hiring for an operations role to provide end-to-end support for day-to-day payments and banking products within the Corporate Investment Bank.

The position requires a bilingual English speaker and strong communication skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Strong analytical attention to detail and a proactive mindset for process improvements are preferred, with exposure to risk management as a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or in the last year of study.
• Advanced level of English (oral and written).
• Solid communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive support for the day to day Operations for payments & other banking products, within the Corporate Investment Bank.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment with demanding timelines and deadlines.
• Solid sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution.
• Capacity to work effectively with diverse styles and across cultures.
• Team player, with experience working in matrix organizations.
• Internal and external client service orientation.
