Goodway Group, a remote-first media and marketing services firm, is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to translate client objectives into effective paid social strategies.

The role demands hands-on activation across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, and other platforms, with a focus on performance for commerce and growth clients. You’ll own campaigns end to end, from planning to reporting.

Formación

• Three to five years of paid social activation and performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting paid social campaigns.
• Experience with commerce/retail/e-commerce or growth-focused clients.
• Strong platform knowledge and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, optimize, and manage paid social campaigns per client goals.
• Develop audience strategies, budgets, bidding, and testing plans.
• Monitor metrics like ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPL, and CTR.
• Collaborate with strategy, analytics, creative, and account teams.
• Present performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure tracking, pixels, attribution, and data quality.
