DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst to specialize in Operations, driving analysis, optimization, and scalable processes. You will independently execute complex tasks, manage workstreams, and contribute to large-scale projects with a strategic mindset.

You will diagnose bottlenecks, analyze data with SQL and Python, and collaborate with multiple teams to shape operational strategy and drive measurable improvements.

Formación

• 3+ years in Analyst, Operations, or Strategy roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience planning, scheduling, and prioritizing small to mid-sized projects.
• Advanced degree such as MBA or Master’s in a related field.
