Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Global Organizational Learning & Development Coordinator to lead the operational execution of training logistics, calendars, and learner communications across global audiences. This role partners with Advisors, Instructional Designers, LMS operations, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in training coordination, strong calendar management, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Formación

2+ years of experience in training coordination or learning operations.
Experience coordinating training programs, events, and logistics in a corporate environment.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end logistics for virtual, hybrid, and in-person training sessions, including scheduling and attendance tracking.
Coordinate facilitator availability and participant communications, pre-work and follow-up actions.
Manage program rosters, waitlists, registrations, and regional scheduling needs.
Prepare session materials, facilitator guides, and learner resources in advance of events.
Maintain the enterprise training calendar and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Draft learner communications and reminders using approved templates.
