Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior LMS Administrator to support global training within our Learning Management System. The role involves creating courses, managing user accounts, and delivering training-related reports to enable audits and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in LMS environments, preferably Cornerstone/SBX, and strong English communication skills within a CRO/pharma setting.

• SUMMARY:* *The Senior Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator is responsible for assisting Worldwide Clinical Trials Departments and LMS Support Team in all the aspects of LMS administration and maintenance as directed by the Associate Director of Learning Management Systems. The Senior LMS Administrator is responsible for creating course workflows and maintaining training assignments in Worldwide’s Learning Management System (LMS), providing ongoing support to the user base, and resolving LMS related requests and issues in a timely manner.* *RESPONSIBILITIES:* _Tasks may include but are not limited to:_ Proficient in the maintenance of the global Learning Management System (LMS) Create learning-related activities (e.g., training modules, classes, courses, learning matrices, etc.) within the LMS for SOPs, work instructions, Job Specific, and Study Related training. Resolves LMS related queries from the end user community Maintains the LMS support center, including appropriate documentation, interacting with Worldwide Clinical Trial's IT department, and the software vendor to resolve issues in a timely manner, minimizing system downtime Creates and maintains system guidelines and FAQs to ensure consistent operation by end users Provide support with the retrieval of training records, plans and related documents during audits and inspection. Provide responses to audit and inspection training related findings. Manage user accounts in the LMS Assist with developing standards, processes, procedures, guidelines, and quality checks to maintain system configurations, architecture, and role-based security with consistency across activities Resolve specific training problems and provides consultation on effective solutions Provide training related reports to the business, using the LMS reporting functionality Train and mentor new team members Lead training department projects as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive. * OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:* Strong working knowledge of learning management systems and their principles of operation Strong knowledge in all MS-Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation skills and knowledge to clearly and concisely present information. Strong ability to plan, strategize, manage, monitor, schedule, critique, and problem-solve Managing, monitoring, scheduling support tasks according to service level agreements in the Worldwide support center. Exhibit basic project management skills Demonstrate strong customer service skills Exhibit knowledge of the CRO/pharmaceutical industry Ability to create strong working relationships, fostering a collaborative work environment Exhibit knowledge of training concepts and methods of training Exhibit basic ability to serve as point of escalation to the compliance training team. Ability to develop and deliver training on use of the LMS to end users Strong attention to detail Strong sense of ownership and responsibility Able to work under both the direction of others and minimal direction Flexible and can-do attitude to work in a changing environment *REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor's degree Minimum of 4 years' experience working with a learning management system-Cornerstone or Cornerstone SBX or relevant experience within the Pharmaceutical or CRO industry Oral and written fluency in the English language Promotion to the next level is not automatic based on years of experience. Personnel are evaluated on proven competency, level of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
