EY in Buenos Aires seeks a Global Information Security Strategist to shape and implement long-term security strategy. You will collaborate with senior leaders to align security programs with business goals and drive adoption across the organization.

You will monitor threats, lead strategic initiatives, and provide data-driven insights to executive leadership, enabling secure innovation and growth while maintaining focus on client needs.

Formación

• Minimum 10+ years in strategy or business process improvement with security domain experience.
• Over 10 years in Information Security or IT domains with increasing scope.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive long-term information security program strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to anticipate future services, tech, and client needs.
• Build awareness and champion security strategy across the organization, driving adoption.
• Analyze operations and stakeholder feedback to improve program effectiveness.
• Monitor emerging security technologies and trends to adapt strategy.
• Identify strategic opportunities for innovation and plan pilot projects.
• Partner with Information Security, Enterprise Technology, and Client Technology teams early.
• Prepare high-level analyses and roadmaps for executive leadership with data-driven insights.
• Educate business units on the security program's strategic direction.
