Topcon seeks a Geospatial Software Program Manager to lead end-to-end programs spanning geospatial software, GNSS, cloud platforms, and hardware interfaces. You will align business priorities with customer needs, coordinate diverse teams, and manage risks across global organizations.

Your role requires 7+ years in program management, strong SDLC and Agile knowledge, and the ability to drive complex projects with stakeholders worldwide. Hybrid work with travel to Concordia encouraged.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus agile certifications or cloud/geospatial tech certs.
• 7+ years in technical project/program management with 3+ years leading cross-functional software programs.
• Experience managing large-scale software programs across multinational organizations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, software architecture, and modern dev practices.
• Experience coordinating ecosystems with multiple products and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end software programs for geospatial/surveying solutions, defining scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Plan and execute software releases; monitor progress and align with priorities and commitments.
• Coordinate parallel workstreams across Software, Firmware, Cloud, Product Management, QA, UX, and engineering functions.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and report with clear options to executives.
• Drive cross-functional decisions and ensure alignment across global teams.
