Austral Education Group is seeking a Senior Sales Lead to drive growth by forming global corporate partnerships and associations. You will consult with global leaders to design transformative learning journeys that address high-level human capital challenges.

Based in Buenos Aires with a global remit, you will manage end-to-end sales cycles, qualify opportunities, and secure contracts through strategic prospecting and compelling value propositions.

Formación

• Global mindset with international markets and CQ.
• 5+ years of B2B sales with revenue targets; high-ticket enterprise sales preferred.
• Deep understanding of corporate structures, procurement, and L&D priorities.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Cross-Functional Collaboration with operations and global learning education team for product design.
• Strategic Prospecting to identify high-potential corporate leads via outbound campaigns.
• Networking & Event Creation to boost brand visibility at industry associations and HR/L&D events.
• Consultative Selling to tailor value propositions for experiential programs.
• Client Relationship Management as primary contact during the sales cycle to close contracts.
• Market Analysis to identify 'Quality of Revenue' opportunities in the global corporate sector.
