Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Contract Manager to oversee the end-to-end life cycle of sponsor contracts and change orders. You will draft, negotiate, and finalize terms, budgets, and service descriptions in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Project Management teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years CRO or pharmaceutical data experience, plus strong Excel and Salesforce skills. This role emphasizes independent work, timely negotiations, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years CRO/pharma data experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and independently.
• Experience drafting, negotiating and finalizing contracts with sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Draft and finalize contracts/change orders and related documents with sponsors.
• Lead negotiations on study budgets and terms.
• Ensure scope of work aligns with budgets and master agreements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Project Management to obtain approvals.
• Maintain and report on contract status in Salesforce and finance systems.
• Communicate updates to relevant stakeholders during negotiations.
