Job summary

You will coordinate investigator grants and estimates, draft contract language and budget templates, and maintain contracting systems in line with project plans. Strong negotiation, regulatory knowledge and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3 years of sponsor or CRO contract experience, across global/regional scope.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities with a collaborative mindset.
• Solid understanding of regulated clinical trial environments and drug development.

Responsibilities

• Develop contracting strategies and language to support start-up activities.
• Create contract and payment language, and budget templates as needed.
• Maintain contracting systems and training materials per project plan.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and RSU regions to deliver scope.
• Provide specialist legal and financial contracting support to study teams.
