Assurant is seeking a Finance Transformation professional to support migration to Oracle Global Finance Systems across LATAM. The role involves collaboration with Finance, IT and regional stakeholders on data migration, testing, and process standardization across multiple countries.

You'll gather requirements, map processes, participate in UAT and post-implementation support, with hybrid work in LATAM. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Accounting/Finance, ERP migration experience, and strong

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance Operations, Financial Systems, or Finance Transformation.
• Experience in ERP implementations, financial system migrations, or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of accounting processes such as GL, AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, Reporting, or Month-End Close.
• Experience working with both Finance and IT teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English.

Join a strategic Finance Transformation program supporting the migration to Oracle Global Finance Systems across Latin America.

In this role, you'll collaborate with Finance, IT, and global stakeholders to support system implementations, data migration activities, testing, process improvements, and Finance standardization initiatives across multiple countries.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance Operations, Financial Systems, or Finance Transformation.
• Experience in ERP implementations, financial system migrations, or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of accounting processes such as GL, AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, Reporting, or Month-End Close.
• Experience working with both Finance and IT teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English.

Preferred

• Oracle, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP Finance, or similar ERP experience.
• Regional or multi-country implementation experience.
• Power BI, SQL, Python, or Alteryx knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
