Assurant is seeking an Associate Business Systems Coordinator to support strategic technology and business initiatives across Global Auto. You will translate requirements into Jira features and maintain backlogs to enable clear communication across stakeholders.

You will work with Program Managers and Business Systems Managers to document requirements, review acceptance criteria, and help demonstrations while leveraging Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot to drive AI-enabled efficiencies.

Formación

• 2+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, or project coordination.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience with Jira backlog management and user stories.
• Understanding SDLC methodologies and technology delivery processes.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into Jira features, user stories, and related documentation.
• Gather, organize, and document requirements from meetings, recordings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Maintain Jira backlog hygiene by ensuring stories, tasks, and priorities remain accurate and up to date.
• Review acceptance criteria and support alignment between business needs and development deliverables.
• Assist with solution demonstrations, feedback collection, and analysis of business outcomes.
• Coordinate activities and communication across Program Managers, Business Systems Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Generate status reports and ensure timely sharing of project information across multiple strategic programs.
• Support process improvement, knowledge management, and AI-driven operational efficiencies utilizing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot, and related technologies.
