Humand is seeking a Head of Marketing / CMO to lead a 50+ person global marketing team and drive the revenue contribution of marketing worldwide. You’ll report to the CEO, sit at the leadership table with Sales, Product and Finance, and own marketing metrics in front of the board and investors.

The role focuses on mature internal processes, data-driven decision making, and an AI-first approach to scale efficiently across LATAM, Brazil, EMEA, and North America. Remote-first with a global team.

Formación

• Many years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership.
• Experience leading a multi-vertical marketing organization across Growth, Paid Media, Product Marketing, Data & Analytics, Design, Multimedia, Web, Brand & Content, PR.
• Proven ability to build and manage a matrix marketing organization.
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own marketing’s contribution to pipeline and MRR across LATAM, Brazil, EMEA, and North America.
• Define multi-touch attribution model and lead Data & Analytics team.
• Redefine the full-funnel measurement framework and the dark funnel.
• Own board and investor reporting with real-time metrics.
• Own global marketing strategy and regional plans across four regions and 50+ countries.
• Build projection model linking investment to demos, conversion, and headcount.
• Manage global budget allocation across paid media, brand, content, events, and partnerships.
