Humand, a rapidly growing HR tech SaaS, seeks a Head of Marketing / CMO to lead a 50+ person global team and own the marketing revenue. The role focuses on elevating the function with data-driven processes, clear ownership, and a unified strategy across Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, and Analytics.

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll align with Sales, Product, and Finance to plan budgets, forecast impact, and define multi-region go-to-market plans for LATAM, Brazil, EMEA, and North America.

Formación

• Proven leadership of 40+ person marketing orgs in B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing multi-vertical teams (Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, Analytics).
• Fluent English and Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own marketing revenue contribution and multi-region GTM plans.
• Define attribution, reporting, and budget decisions grounded in data.
• Lead organization design, OKRs, and career paths across marketing specialties.
