Prometeo Talent partners with a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the construction permitting space in the U.S. This fully remote role places you as the first contact for contractors, handling permit filings, account management, and platform usage.

You will log interactions in the CRM, learn the workflows, and contribute to improved processes while meeting performance metrics. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of phone-based customer service, flawless English, and comfort with Excel and CRM

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a phone-based environment, in English.
• Full fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort working with spreadsheets.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Resolve questions on permit status, document uploads, account setup, and billing.
• Use critical thinking to determine solutions outside standard processes.
• Take ownership of issues through resolution and escalate when needed.
• Follow up with customers via phone or email to confirm resolution.
