This on-site role involves field facility visits and continuous coordination between the Buenos Aires HQ and local operations, serving as the single point of reference on the ground.

Qualifications

• Senior experience coordinating projects and stakeholders in technical environments.
• Residence in Neuquén or willingness to relocate, with on-site work availability.
• Ability to run multiple projects and interlocutors at once with prioritized agreements.
• Data-management strategy and practice: governance, quality, data model and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Be the local reference in Neuquén between Buenos Aires HQ and local operations.
• Visit field facilities to gather needs and validate data at the source.
• Coordinate multiple projects in parallel with different interlocutors.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and ensure alignment.
• Bridge business, management and technical teams with clear communication and prioritization.
