Qualifications

• Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity in daily work.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with data consistency across platforms.
• Familiarity with Reddit and Quora community norms.
• Organized, reliable, and able to follow processes while flagging ideas for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set up, verify, and maintain our business profiles on key platforms (Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, LinkedIn, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, Nextdoor, Foursquare, YellowPages).
• Keep NAP identical across listings and audit for inconsistencies.
• Write clear, conversational business descriptions and profile content for AI-assisted searches.
• Engage communities on Reddit and Quora, sharing expertise and representing the brand transparently.
• Encourage and manage customer reviews and respond professionally.
• Use AI tools to draft content, research frequently asked questions, and speed up routine work.
• Track brand appearance in AI-generated answers and local search results; report monthly.
• Support basic SEO tasks such as updating website content and keywords.

This is a hands-on, learn-fast role. You don't need years of GEO experience. You need to be obsessed with AI tools, follow a plan, test new ideas every week and track what works. New AI platforms and agents appear every few weeks, and you'll make sure we show up on them.

About The Role

More people now ask AI assistants for recommendations instead of searching Google. We're looking for a hands-on GEO Specialist to make sure our brand is visible, accurate, and trusted across the platforms these AI engines and map services rely on. You'll follow a clear strategy, use AI tools like ChatGPT to work efficiently, and take ownership of our listings, community presence, and content.

What You'll Do

• Set up, verify, and maintain our business profiles on key platforms, including Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, LinkedIn, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, Nextdoor, Foursquare, and YellowPages
• Keep our business name, address, and phone number (NAP) identical across every listing, and audit regularly for inconsistencies
• Write clear, conversational business descriptions and profile content that match how people phrase questions to AI assistants
• Participate genuinely in communities such as Reddit and Quora by answering questions, sharing expertise, and representing the brand transparently
• Encourage and manage customer reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, and Trustpilot, and respond to reviews professionally
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft content, research questions people ask, and speed up routine work
• Track where and how our brand appears in AI-generated answers and local search results, and report on progress monthly
• Support basic SEO tasks such as updating website content and keywords as directed

What We're Looking For
