Dialpad is hiring an SEO Specialist: AI Search to boost visibility in AI-driven search environments. You’ll work with the Sr. Manager, SEO, to deploy GEO/AEO tactics, publish on-site content, and partner with design and PR to increase mentions in AI tools like ChatGPT.

You’ll report to the Sr. Manager, SEO, and may work from the Buenos Aires office. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SEO or marketing, with a strong writing background and experience in B2B SaaS.

Formación

• 2+ years of SEO experience or marketing communications experience.
• Experience writing, editing, and publishing website content.
• Skilled in using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).

Responsabilidades

• Implement GEO/AEO/SEO tactics to accelerate AI search visibility.
• Generate and edit content for GEO/AEO using AI tools and publish on website.
• Collaborate with design to update visuals for content.
• Support GEO tests and possibly CRO testing.
• Help grow external visibility with backlinking and PR collaborations.
• Use AI platforms to research keywords, analyze SERPs, monitor rankings.
• Stay current on GEO/AEO best practices and tools.

Your role

As an SEO Specialist: AI Search, you'll work closely with the Sr. Manager, SEO, to implement tactics that increase Dialpad's visibility in AI search, also known as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) or AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). You'll implement tactics directly on our website and partner with cross-functional teams to increase visibility on external sites, with the goal of getting Dialpad mentioned and cited in AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. You'll grow your skills in SEO and GEO/AEO, gaining hands-on experience with an exciting marketing discipline as people change how they search from Google to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and other LLMs.

This position reports to our Sr. Manager, SEO, and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires office.

What you’ll do

• Implement GEO/AEO/SEO tactics as assigned to accelerate Dialpad’s AI search results and visibility, and increase leads and pipeline from organic search and LLMs.
• Using AI tools, generate and edit content for GEO/AEO, then publish it to our website.
• Work with design to update existing images and create new visuals for content.
• Implement GEO tests, and may support CRO testing.
• Support efforts to grow external visibility on the Web, including outreach/backlinking, and partnering with PR and Social teams, including engagement on channels like Reddit.
• Use AI tools and platforms (e.g. LLMs, Ahrefs, AI visibility tools) to support the work mentioned above, which could include keyword/prompt research, competitive analysis of SERPs/prompt responses, and monitoring of rankings/mentions/citations.
• Stay current on GEO/AEO best practices and tools as the discipline evolves.

Skills you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of SEO experience or marketing communications experience.
• Experience writing, editing, and publishing website content.
• Skilled in using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Experience working with a B2B SaaS company is desirable.
