LBC Mortgage is seeking an entry-level GEO Specialist to ensure our brand is visible, accurate, and trusted across AI and map platforms. You will own listings, monitor community presence, and craft content tailored to AI-driven inquiries.

Grow with a hands-on role that leverages ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft content, perform research, and streamline routine tasks while tracking progress monthly.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, or content (or a strong portfolio showing similar work).
• Excellent written English and the ability to write naturally for different audiences.
• Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity in daily work.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with data consistency across platforms.
• Familiarity with Reddit and Quora community norms.
• Organized, reliable, and able to follow processes while flagging ideas for improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, verify, and maintain our business profiles on key platforms (Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, LinkedIn, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, Nextdoor, Foursquare, YellowPages).
• Keep NAP identical across listings and audit for inconsistencies.
• Write clear, conversational business descriptions and profile content for AI-assisted searches.
• Engage communities on Reddit and Quora, sharing expertise and representing the brand transparently.
• Encourage and manage customer reviews and respond professionally.
• Use AI tools to draft content, research frequently asked questions, and speed up routine work.
• Track brand appearance in AI-generated answers and local search results; report monthly.
• Support basic SEO tasks such as updating website content and keywords.
