• Full-stack production-grade software delivery experience.
• Strong React/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI on real systems.
• Database design and security with PostgreSQL.

Responsabilidades

• Architect schema-first features and typed API contracts.
• Build and secure module workflows: recruiter/admin interfaces, REST endpoints, PostgreSQL workflows.
• Establish codebase context with MCP servers and dependency graphs.
• Orchestrate quality loops with local testing, CI/CD checks, and automated runs.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate processes into executable requirements.
• Stabilize and maintain the platform, including migrations.
• Review and be reviewed through PRs with test evidence.
