Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Marketing Designer (Fractional, 2–3 days/week) based in Argentina to define and elevate the visual identity of a fast-growing B2B SaaS business. You will own design systems, craft live Webflow pages, and create scalable templates for sales and marketing.

As the first dedicated designer, you will collaborate with the founding team to shape a distinctive brand, while delivering polished assets across websites, presentations, ads, and campaigns with autonomy and speed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional design experience within B2B SaaS or an agency serving SaaS clients.
• Portfolio demonstrates cohesive brand identity across websites, sales presentations, and advertising.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience launching live Webflow websites.
• Fluent in PowerPoint and Google Slides, with reusable templates for teams.
• Strong typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy with attention to detail.
• Fast, self-directed, capable of turning concise briefs into multiple creative directions.
• Clear creative point of view while working within an existing visual system.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with self-management.
• Experience with motion design tools (After Effects, Lottie, or Rive) is a plus.
• HTML/CSS basics and familiarity with SEO or AI search optimization tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to overlap at least four hours with US Eastern time.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system and ensure consistency across marketing assets.
• Design and develop landing pages and website sections in Webflow from concept to live publication.
• Build and maintain scalable sales presentation templates in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Produce high-quality advertising and social media creatives across LinkedIn, paid social, and display channels.
• Create product mockups, feature graphics, and lightweight motion assets for various channels.
• Manage publishing and asset handoffs, including Webflow CMS updates and email templates.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts and oversee creative direction.
• Collaborate with the founding team to shape visual identity and refine design approaches.
• Work efficiently in a fast-moving environment with autonomous prioritization.
