Job summary

Qdrant is seeking a freelance Marketing Designer to join our design team and refine our visual identity across marketing channels. You will collaborate with the Visual Designer and Design Lead, applying AI-driven tools to push concepts while upholding typography, spacing, and color fundamentals.

You’ll own AI tools workflows, craft visuals for campaigns, websites, landing pages, ads, emails, and events, and ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience designing marketing assets or websites.
• Experience in B2B or tech preferred.
• Proficient in design systems and responsive layouts.

Responsibilities

• AI tools & workflows: Build and refine internal AI tools and workflows for visual direction.
• Marketing assets: Design visuals for campaigns, social, blog posts, and presentations.
• Website & landing pages: Design and update marketing website pages and landing pages.
• Ad creatives: Create banner ads and LinkedIn visuals.
• Email design: Develop email graphics and layouts for campaigns.
• Event & conference materials: Design slide decks and event materials.
• Brand consistency: Ensure visuals align with brand guidelines.
