We are looking for an early career builder with a computer science, engineering or data background. You ship end to end, think in business terms, and own the result. You can code and use AI to code faster, with TypeScript, PHP, MySQL, Redis, Docker. Office in Buenos Aires.

Qualifications

• Early career, roughly 0 to 3 years out of university.
• CS/Engineering/Data background.
• Ability to ship real things end to end and own the outcome.
• Structured thinking about business problems and measurable impact.
• Willingness to work in person at Buenos Aires office with a founder.

Responsibilities

• Talk to people involved, pull data, form hypotheses, test cheaply.
• Build the solution that moves the numbers, from LLM agents to workflows.
• Own and deliver outcomes, sometimes with code, sometimes with processes.
