AgileEngine in Cordoba, Argentina, is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to build secure enterprise applications and agentic workflows that connect AI agents to enterprise data and tools.

You will design MCP-based integrations, implement structured outputs, guardrails, and state management; build authentication, authorization, RBAC, and audit logging; and mentor teams while delivering production-quality code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in CS or related STEM, or Bachelor’s + Master’s in STEM.
• 5+ years of software development experience or equivalent.
• Strong React, API development, architecture, testing, and CI/CD.
• Experience with AI-assisted apps and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect secure enterprise apps (React, TS, Python, APIs).
• Build agentic workflows and MCP-based integrations to connect AI tools to data.
• Implement structured outputs, state management, approvals, and recovery.
• Develop authentication, authorization, RBAC, and audit logging.
• Define AI evaluation, guardrails, tracing, and cost monitoring.
• Collaborate with domain experts and PMs to translate requirements.
• Create reusable, configuration-driven components for teams.
• Own production-quality code, tests, and documentation.
• Mentor engineers and guide technical direction across teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to build secure enterprise applications and agentic workflows that connect AI agents to enterprise data and tools.

MUST HAVES

• Bachelor's in CS/Software Engineering/related STEM (or Bachelor's + Master's/higher in STEM)
• 5+ years software development experience (or equivalent demonstrated skill)
• Strong React, API development, application architecture, automated testing, CI/CD
• Experience building AI‑assisted apps, agentic workflows, or tool‑calling solutions
• Experience with MCP, structured outputs, context management, or comparable frameworks
• Experience with auth/authz, RBAC, and secure coding practices

NICE TO HAVES

• Databricks, Unity Catalog, Data Lake, or comparable
• GitLab CI/CD or comparable
• Policy‑as‑code, infrastructure‑as‑code, configuration‑driven platforms
• Experience building data marketplaces, governance platforms, or internal developer platforms
• Familiarity with privacy/security/regulatory/AI governance controls
• Experience in regulated or risk‑sensitive environments.
