Lavendo, Inc. is hiring a Founding BDR for an early-stage AI software startup based in San Francisco. You will own outbound prospecting, booking qualified discovery meetings with brand, packaging, and supply chain decision-makers, and work directly with the founder to build the funnel.

You will operate remotely with US East Coast overlap, through a Deel contractor model, and have a clear path to AE after the fundraise, plus meaningful early equity for high performers.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3+ years of B2B SaaS outbound sales experience.
• Proven cold-outbound metrics in dials, meetings, and conversions.
• Excellent spoken English for US buyers.
• Experience selling into non-tech industries like manufacturing or packaging.
• Able to pitch an early-stage product and handle objections.
• Proficient with modern outbound tools and CRMs.
• Willing to work US business hours overlapping East Coast.

Aufgaben

• Run high-volume outbound on phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Book qualified discovery meetings for the founder.
• Own the CRM and maintain clean pipeline data.
• Identify the right buyers across multiple roles.
• Iterate messaging with leadership; refine hooks and stories.
• Source target lists or work from provided ICPs.
