Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Floor Supervisor in Buenos Aires to supervise the floor service, ensure hygiene and guest satisfaction, and coordinate amenities. You will report to the Hotel Housekeeper and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and service on the floor.

Ideal candidates have experience in similar roles, strong English skills, and a basic hospitality vocabulary in another language, plus knowledge of HACCP and safety standards.

What will be your mission?

As a Floor Supervisor, you will report to the Hotel Housekeeper and will be responsible for supervising the floor service.

What will you do?

• Ensuring the planning, coordination and supervision of the floor service, cleaning, hygiene and replacement of amenities and other products;
• Complying with service standards and internal hygiene and safety procedures in order to guarantee a service of quality and excellence, exceeding the expectations of the client.

What are we looking for?

• Professional experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of English and preference for another Foreign Language with a basic level of hospitality vocabulary
• Knowledge of Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), hygiene and safety standards.
