Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Cleaning Staff member to maintain top-tier cleanliness across hotel spaces. The role emphasizes efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to brand standards in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment.

The position requires 3–5 years in cleaning/departments, a friendly and respectful demeanor, and at least an intermediate level of English. Training on equipment and safety will be provided to ensure consistent results across rooms and public

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness.

• Maintain productive, professional relationships with staff, clients and all contractor personnel.
• May be required to check the quality of cleaning in other rooms.

What will be your mission?

As Cleaning Staff, you will be reponsible for providing efficient and professional cleanliness of the hotel.

What will you do?

• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Complete cleaning on time and within allocated hours set by company.
• Clean using provided specialised equipment and chemicals as per training.
• Ensure a productive and professional relationship with staff members, clients and all contractor personnel.
• May be required to check the quality of cleaning in other rooms.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience between 3 to 5 years in cleaning/floor departments.
• Minimum intermediate level of English.
