EY is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support planning, governance, and reporting of strategic programs. You will maintain project controls, track metrics, communicate with stakeholders, and coordinate activities across delivery teams.

You will work with Project Managers, Program Leads, and business stakeholders to provide insights, prepare dashboards, and help ensure delivery using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods. Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years PMO experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting project management, PMO, program management, consulting, or business operations.
• Experience with project portfolio management tools and reporting platforms.
• Experience working within technology, business transformation, ERP, SAP, cloud, or digital transformation programs preferred.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow PPM.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Support program and project delivery through planning, governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive communications for visibility.
• Track performance across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and changes.
• Coordinate project activities across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status reviews; monitor progress against objectives.
• Maintain project documentation and support audit readiness.
