Pearster is seeking a FinOps Specialist to enable financial accountability and optimize technology spend, especially in cloud environments. You will bridge finance, engineering and business teams to achieve cost transparency, governance and continuous optimization.

The role requires 3+ years in FinOps or cloud cost management, strong analytical skills, and advanced English. Work from anywhere with USD compensation and access to international certifications and coworking spaces.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in FinOps, cloud cost management, or IT financial management.
• Experience optimizing cloud costs across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of cloud billing, budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation.
• Hands-on experience with FinOps tools and cloud cost management.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to create reports and dashboards.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams in Agile environments.
• Advanced English communication skills.
