PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Financial and Accounting Reporting Analyst to help manage financial records, analyze data, and support accounting standards compliance for diverse client portfolios.

You will gather information from multiple sources, deliver insightful financial reports to stakeholders, and collaborate with teams to improve reporting accuracy and decision-making. English proficiency is required; a background in accounting or financial reporting is preferred.

• 1+ year experience in financial or accounting reporting.
• Background in financial reporting or accounting.

Job Description & Summary

As a Financial and Accounting Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial records, analyzing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will provide strategic guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. As a Specialist, you will leverage your specialized technical knowledge to conduct in-depth analyses and support specific projects, consistently delivering quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.

• Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 1 years of experience
• Background in financial or account reporting
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting & Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Certified Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Automations experience and process irmprovement will be highly valued
• Demonstrating proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards
• Utilizing advanced skills in Financial Statement Analysis and Preparation
• Applying specialized knowledge in General Ledger Accounting and Maintenance
• Excelling in presenting financial reports to diverse stakeholders
• Supporting projects with expertise in Accounting Advisory and Financial Policy
