PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Financial and Accounting Reporting Analyst to manage financial records, analyze data, and support compliance with accounting standards. You will contribute to strategic decisions with insights and collaborate across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services teams.

The role emphasizes ownership, continuous learning, and applying professional standards to deliver high-quality financial information for clients and internal decision-makers.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of accounting experience is expected.
• Background in general accounting (closings, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals).
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Interest in digital tools, automations & process improvement.

As a Financial and Accounting Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial records, analyzing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will provide strategic guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. As a Specialist, you will leverage your specialized technical knowledge to conduct in-depth analyses and support specific projects, consistently delivering quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team. What You Must Have

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 1 year of experience
• Background in general accounting (closings, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals or general ledgers) rather than in AP/AR.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Interest in digital tools, automations & process improvement

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting & Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Certified Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Automations experience and process irmprovement will be highly valued
• Demonstrating proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards
• Utilizing advanced skills in Financial Statement Analysis and Preparation
• Applying specialized knowledge in General Ledger Accounting and Maintenance
• Excelling in presenting financial reports to diverse stakeholders
• Supporting projects with expertise in Accounting Advisory and Financial Policy
