VML Enterprise Solutions in Buenos Aires is seeking a Program Lead – Finance to guide the Finance Operations pod and mentor a team of Project Managers and CFAs. You will own process improvements, reporting, and close collaboration with North American stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience leading and developing finance teams, including junior staff.
• Ability to mentor, explain complex topics, and teach concepts clearly.
• Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and lead the Finance Operations pod and its team.
• Mentor junior profiles and foster a learning environment.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements with stakeholders.
• Develop and standardize financial reporting and dashboards.
• Align shared processes with Operations and finance leads.
• Act as escalation point for North American finance matters.
• Promote and model the daily use of AI tools.
