VML, part of WPP, is seeking a Program Lead – Finance to lead the Finance Operations pod within the Workday SOS team, based in Buenos Aires. This role focuses on coordinating a small team and serving as the primary financial escalation point for North American leadership.

You’ll drive process improvements, develop reporting dashboards, and promote AI-enabled productivity across the group. Fluent English and strong leadership are essential for success in this hybrid, Buenos Aires-based position.

Formación

• Leadership experience coordinating and developing others, including junior profiles.
• Mentor mentality with ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Strong communicator, organized, and capable of multi-stakeholder management.
• Calm under pressure with good judgment and escalation ability.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with experience collaborating with North American stakeholders.
• Proficient with project management tools and AI-enabled workflows.
• Nice to have finance or accounting knowledge and a related bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Workday and/or SAP is a plus, as is cross-border or remote collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support day-to-day work of the CFA team and 2 Project Managers.
• Mentor junior profiles and foster a learning environment.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements with Finance Portfolio Leads.
• Develop and standardize financial reporting and dashboards for strategic decisions.
• Align and streamline shared processes across operational pods.
• Engage stakeholders and escalate financial matters to North American leadership.
• Promote daily use of AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.
