The Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst manages and processes financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards. Collaborating with various departments, the AP Analyst supports business growth by optimizing accounts payable processes and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Ensure accurate transaction records.
• Process financial transactions and communicate with internal and external partners.
• Analyze and verify company records following organizational rules and industry privacy standards.
• Work effectively both independently and in teams as an accounting analyst.
• Adhere to strict privacy guidelines to protect confidentiality and organize accounting procedures, prioritizing deadlines to ensure documents are sent to the correct locations.
• Pay close attention to detail, complete complex transactions and organize financial data in readable formats.
• Prepare weekly reports for the Procure to Pay (P2P) area, support P2P Managers, and respond to communications, including managing revenue and expense forecasts to help drive business growth.
• Play a key role in the month‑end close process, including review of SOX support and variance analysis.

Required Skills/Certifications/Experience

• Languages required: English.
• Experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment.
• Effective communication with internal and external suppliers.
• Teamwork skills to solve complex problems in small team environments.
• Ability to learn and use Oracle applications, Business Objects and other software tools.
• Time‑management skills and the ability to multi‑task and monitor tasks until closure.
• Problem‑solving skills and support for process‑improvement projects, including finance team benchmarking and continuous improvement.
• Incident reporting and tracking experience.
• Analytical skills to build reporting for key performance metrics.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
