Mimetic Machines in Buenos Aires seeks a founding Head of Operations to open and own our next market end-to-end. You will drive partnerships with workshops, factories and farms, and establish schedules, terms and floor plans for capture days.

You will recruit and lead the field engineers, manage costs, payouts, and market value, and own the monthly targets as the company scales in Argentina.

Formación

• 3 to 8 years in operations, logistics, marketplaces, or consulting, with a track record of closing partnerships and running things on the ground.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Comfortable with hardware in your hands and dust on your shoes.

We record skilled work at partner sites: workshops, factories, and farms. More than 50 sites are in our network today, and your job is to open the next market and own it end to end. This is a founding role, working directly with the founders.

Buenos Aires is one of our core capture markets, from leather workshops to the machine shops of its industrial belt. Within months you should know which talleres exist, who runs them, and what a fair day rate is.

• 3 to 8 years in operations, logistics, marketplaces, or consulting, with a track record of closing partnerships and running things on the ground. Or you're an exceptional outlier.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
