South32's Hermosa project is seeking a Supervisor Field Exploration Technician to lead Geology field logistics, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient operations at the Hermosa site near Patagonia, Arizona.

You will supervise the Geology Logistics Team, train staff, coordinate with Project Geology, Exploration Geology, and Environmental teams, and manage budget, equipment, and reporting while supporting safety initiatives.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory experience in a similar work environment.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining a safe work culture.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise Geology Logistics Team at the Hermosa site.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with South32 Hermosa standards.
• Coordinate with Project Geology, Exploration Geology, Technical Services, Environment, Mining, and Construction teams.
• Forecast, budgeting, and management of consumables and equipment.
• Provide timely reporting on Geology Logistics Team activities.
