CBM360TIV Argentina is seeking a seasoned HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives across oil & gas operations in Neuquén. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or Argentine equivalent)

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
• Monitor regulatory compliance with Argentine and international HSE standards
• Lead and mentor HSE team members across sites
• Interface with contractors, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure safe operations
• Maintain accurate HSE reporting, KPIs, and documentation

CBM360TIV Argentina is seeking a seasoned HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across oil & gas operations in Neuquén. The role ensures compliance with Argentine regulatory standards, international safety practices, and company policies, while driving a culture of operational safety across onshore and offshore projects.

Reporting To

Operations Director / Country Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
• Monitor regulatory compliance with Argentine and international HSE standards
• Lead and mentor HSE team members across sites
• Interface with contractors, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure safe operations
• Maintain accurate HSE reporting, KPIs, and documentation

Education & Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or Argentine equivalent)_

Experience

• Minimum 7-10 years in HSE management within Oil & Gas or heavy industrial projects
• Proven experience in onshore/offshore operations

Technical Skills

• Regulatory compliance knowledge (Argentine HSE legislation)
• Risk assessment, incident investigation, and audit procedures
• Safety management systems implementation (ISO 45001, OHSAS)
• HSE software and reporting tools

Languages

• Spanish (mandatory – operational and regulatory)
• English (preferred for multinational coordination)
