Job summary

CBM360TIV Argentina is seeking a seasoned HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives across oil & gas operations in Neuquén. You will ensure compliance with Argentine regulatory standards and international safety practices, while driving a culture of operational safety across onshore and offshore projects.

Reporting to the Operations Director / Country Manager, you will develop policies, mentor teams, and interface with regulators to uphold safety excellence in a dynamic,

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or Argentine equivalent)

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
Monitor regulatory compliance with Argentine and international HSE standards
Lead and mentor HSE team members across sites
Interface with contractors, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure safe operations
Maintain accurate HSE reporting, KPIs, and documentation
