Job summary

You will lead field activities, coordinate with O&M and labs, and implement initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in chemical treatment and corrosion control strategies.
• Experience interpreting chemical treatment monitoring data and recommending changes to strategies.
• Intermediate level of English (Advanced preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and implement chemical treatment and corrosion control strategies, including monitoring and reporting.
• Provide technical assessment of monitoring data and recommend changes to corrosion programs.
• Serve as SME for water, oil, and gas treatment facilities to improve OE and cost performance.
• Coordinate with O&M, Laboratory, and service providers.
• Lead OE execution in field with strong safety focus and compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare forecasts and monthly cost tracking for chemical products handling in the field.
• Propose and lead medium- and long-term optimization initiatives for reliability and cost reduction.
• Identify, evaluate, and propose new technologies.
