The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Facilities Manager to be the on-site lead for the Diego Lerner Campus. You will guide space planning, workplace projects, and vendor coordination to deliver a safe and excellent employee experience.

Tell us you have 8+ years in facilities or related fields, strong project leadership, and fluency in English. You will collaborate across HR, IT, security, and regional teams to uphold Disney standards and optimize workplace operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace services, corporate real estate, Design & Delivery, or workplace project management.
• Experience leading workplace projects, including office redesigns, relocations, space planning, renovations, and enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of facilities operations, maintenance, vendor management, health and safety compliance.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, contracts, performance oversight and service delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and geographies.
• Advanced English proficiency; experience with Design & Delivery, Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) or workplace design projects.
• Knowledge of space planning tools, AutoCAD, CAFM systems, or workplace management platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary on-site Facilities representative for Diego Lerner Campus and partner with HR, IT, Security, and leaders.
• Lead Design & Delivery initiatives, space planning, office redesigns, relocations, and layout development.
• Oversee building operations, maintenance, cleaning, and workplace services for a safe, efficient environment.
• Manage vendor relationships and facilities service contracts with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and sustainability standards; support risk management.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
