Job summary

LatamCent is seeking a deployment-focused engineer to own the client rollout process from configuration to production. You will work directly with enterprise accounts, driving architecture discussions and ensuring reliable production operations.

You will build monitoring, dashboards, and API integrations while collaborating with product and engineering to close gaps. Strong Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and English skills are required.

Qualifications

2–5 years in a client-facing technical role with external stakeholders.
Python in production for backend services, APIs, and automation.
Docker for containerized deployments; Kubernetes is a strong plus.
REST API integrations at enterprise scale from day one.
Fluent English (written and spoken) for CTO-level interactions.
Based in LATAM with PST full business hours overlap.

Responsibilities

Lead the full deployment lifecycle for enterprise integrations from config to go-live.
Serve as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
Build and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and reliability tooling.
Own backend and API integrations ensuring secure production operations.
Translate client requirements into scalable platform solutions.
Drive data-informed deployments using logging and analytics.
