Yuno is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Integrations team, driving the technical direction for payment integrations and APIs in a fast-moving global environment.

You will own system and integration architecture, contribute hands-on to development, and mentor engineers while collaborating with Product, Backend and Payments teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Formación

• Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams.
• Ability to drive technical decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in payments companies or PSP integrations.
• Deep payments infrastructure knowledge including tokens and routing.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on backend engineering with Java, Golang or Kotlin.
• Knowledge of microservices, APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with SQL databases and secure software practices.
• Leadership in AI-assisted coding and automated testing.
• Experience delivering in agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical evolution of merchant experiences, APIs and payments integrations.
• Own system and integration architecture connecting backend services and payment flows.
• Contribute hands-on to development, architecture decisions and code reviews.
• Ensure scalable, maintainable, and well-documented solutions for enterprise merchants.
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, and Payments teams to align platform needs.
• Drive engineering best practices in API design, testing, and performance.
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance and architectural direction.
