Yuno is seeking a Senior Database Administrator to own the data layer powering our payment processing systems and to manage the platform that provisions, deploys, and manages AI agents at scale on AWS. You will join the infrastructure team responsible for reliability, performance, and security of production systems, acting as the senior technical voice on database architecture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years as Database Administrator in production environments.
• Deep PostgreSQL expertise—performance tuning, indexing, replication, and query optimization at scale.
• AWS—experience with RDS, EC2, VPC, IAM, and S3.
• CDC integrations.
• Terraform experience.
• Python proficiency for automation.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Database administration and optimization across our database fleet, including tuning and indexing.
• Backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning to ensure data integrity for payment workloads.
• Automate database provisioning and maintenance with Terraform.
• Plan and execute data migration/conversion with minimal downtime.
• Build dashboards, alerts, and monitors for database health and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers on database best practices.
