J.P. Morgan's Chase Travel Group Legal seeks an Assistant Vice President, Senior Counsel to act as embedded legal counsel for CTCS.

You will collaborate with business leaders across Consulting Services and Entertainment Travel, advising on strategic transactions and day‑to‑day legal matters in a fast-paced, client-facing travel environment. You will lead drafting and negotiation of client services agreements and interpret complex regulatory issues impacting CTCS offerings.

Formación

• 3+ years of post-admission experience in a law firm or in-house; licensed to practice law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with transactional experience.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and maintain productive relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as day-to-day legal counsel to CTCS stakeholders, providing strategic, pragmatic advice.
• Lead drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements supporting CTCS sub-verticals.
• Advise on regulatory issues impacting CTCS offerings, focusing on travel-related laws and regulations.
• Provide ongoing support to business partners and cross-functional teams on contract interpretation.
• Spot and escalate risks across antitrust, banking regulation, privacy, data security, and UDAP/UDAAP.
