JPMorgan Chase & Co. - Chase Travel Group Legal is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Senior Counsel embedded with CTCS to provide transactional support and day-to-day legal advice in a fast-paced, client-facing B2B travel environment.

You will partner with CTCS leaders across Consulting Services, Partner Loyalty Solutions, and Entertainment Travel, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on regulatory and product matters, and support cross-functional teams to drive compliant,

Formación

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state where position is based
• 3+ years of post-admission experience in a law firm or in-house
• Transactional drafting and negotiation experience
• Ability to navigate fast-paced, client-facing environments
• Willingness to travel as required to support business needs

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day legal counsel to CTCS stakeholders, offering strategic, pragmatic advice on legal considerations in transactions.
• Lead drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements for CTCS sub-verticals, including client services agreements.
• Advise on regulatory issues impacting CTCS offerings, focusing on compliance with state, federal, and international laws governing travel.
• Support business partners and other legal teams on contract interpretation and implementation questions.
• Provide early-stage legal input, issue spotting, research, and risk escalation across antitrust, banking regulation, UDAP/UDAAP, data, privacy, and security.
• Assess legislative changes and update stakeholders on potential operational impacts.
• Support product counsel and regulatory matters by advising on product initiatives tied to sales and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with partners to develop strategies ensuring regulatory compliance.
