ABB in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking a Sales Support Manager to join the Electrification team. In this hybrid role, you will support the Sales organization and its customers by determining technically appropriate, cost-effective solutions and serving as a key technical resource for the assigned area.

You will prepare technical descriptions for products and technology, participate in meetings and negotiations, deliver related training, and help publish technical articles.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in similar roles with a solid track record.
• Strong expertise in electrical/electronic field involving low voltage industrial products.
• Ability to communicate in English at intermediate to advanced level.
• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP and Excel is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Offer technical advice and provide comment on enquiry specifications for customers, channels, and Sales Engineers regarding ABB products and applications.
• Provide technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
• Perform analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution for customer needs and complex inquiries.
• Deliver product/solution/service training and assist managers in preparing and validating technical articles for publication.
