Job summary

The Data Analyst at Idearhumano is responsible for the day-to-day management and support of EDI transactions with existing trading partners and provides support to internal customers. The role involves working with multiple software applications to ensure timely resolution of open issues and accurate processing of data.

Responsibilities

• Daily support and maintenance of existing EDI integrations.
• Provide support for internal and external customers for EDI related issues.
• Research and resolve internal system issues related to EDI transactions.
• Monitor and documents all EDI requests and track all applications.
• Participate in IT meetings on weekly basis and monitor progress with EDI Managers.
• Coordinate with EDI trading partners to resolve production issues and perform transaction tests.
