J.P. Morgan in Buenos Aires is seeking a strategic analyst to support the Global Capital Markets Business Management team. You will prepare performance reports, analyze deal pipelines, and benchmark against competitors while driving data-driven insights for senior management.

The role focuses on data management, business performance reviews, and ad hoc projects to support growth and decision making in a multinational finance environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong analytical background with ability to take initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and be organized and rigorous.
• Resourceful team player with a positive attitude.
• Microsoft Office experience including Excel, PowerPoint and Word required.

Responsabilidades

• Fee & pipeline analysis: track and understand trends in Equity Capital Markets, provide insights to partners and management.
• Market & competitor analysis: benchmark JPMorgan’s performance against peers using league tables.
• Management Reporting: provide weekly updates on deals, mandates, pipeline and metrics.
• Business performance reviews & presentations: prepare content in reviews and town halls, review revenue and expense trends.
• Data management: build and maintain databases for proprietary deal information to support analyses.
• Business optimization efforts: support banker time tracking analyses, coverage organization and headcount projections.
• Ad hoc projects and analysis: assist with ad-hoc requests to support growth.
