Eurest is seeking a DISTRICT CHEF for Bella Vista, AR to lead culinary operations across multiple corporate dining accounts. You will mentor chefs, ensure safety and sanitation, and drive innovative menus while controlling costs in a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates have a culinary degree (preferred) and at least five years of culinary management experience, including multi-site leadership. This role offers extensive growth within a dynamic foodservice company.

Formación

• Minimum five years of culinary management experience.
• Two or more years of multi-site culinary management experience.
• Experience in high-volume production and catering.
• Experience managing cost controls.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee culinary operations for multiple corporate dining accounts.
• Teach, train, and mentor chefs in the region.
• Drive innovation across accounts and programs.
• Support cost controls and manage expenditures for each account.
• Plan and create menus; lead inventory purchases and stock management.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Develop strategies to improve customer experience and food quality.
• Provide training programs to ensure consistent, high-quality food.
